When receiving an error when submitting a live or non-live webinar, which may state that the webinar code is incorrect or the webinar is no longer available for claiming CEU credits, this may be due to choosing an incorrect option from the dropdown menu. Please follow the steps below for claiming CEUs from live or non-live webinars.
- Log into your account
- Select "Claim CEUs"
- In the dropdown select "SCCE/HCCA Webinars and recorded Conference Sessions"
- Enter the live webinar or webinar recording program code stated on the certificate
- Select "live or non-live" (Your certificate will show this indication based on CCB approval)
- Submit
