If you are registering someone else for an SCCE or HCCA event and need an invoice for payment, our Member Services team can assist.
Because event registrations are tied to the attendee's individual profile, invoices for another person's registration cannot be accessed through your own online account. A Member Services representative will need to create or locate the registration and provide the invoice on your behalf.
Information to Include in Your Request
To help us process your request, please provide:
- Attendee's full name
- Attendee's email address
- Event name
- Organization name (if applicable)
- Billing contact information
What Member Services Will Do
Once we receive your request, we will:
- Verify the attendee information
- Create the registration if needed
- Generate or locate the invoice
- Send the invoice to the designated billing contact

Invoices associated with another attendee's registration are not available through your personal online account.
