When receiving an error when submitting a pre-approved event which may state that the program code is incorrect or the webinar is not longer available for claiming CEU credits, this may be due to choosing an incorrect option from the dropdown menu.  Please follow the steps below for claiming CEUs from pre-approved events:


  • Log into your account
  • Select "Claim CEUs"
  • In the dropdown select "Pre-Approved Event"
  • Enter the program code stated on the certificate 
  • Select "live or non-live"  (Your certificate will show this indication based on CCB approval)
  • Submit
