CCB Quizzes, Magazine and Report Submissions:
* Complete and submit the attestation along with the corresponding completed form.
* CCB staff will grade and enter the result into your SCCE&HCCA account within four weeks of receipt.
* To receive, the non-live CCB CEUs a passing rate of 75% correct responses is needed.
