The Practice Exam is available to candidates who have an active, approved exam application on file.

If you have an approved exam application and are having trouble accessing your purchased Practice Exam, please try the following steps:

  1. Log in to the SCCE On-Demand Learning Center
  2. Click your name in the top-right corner
  3. Select My Activity
  4. Choose Practice Exam

If you’re still unable to access the Practice Exam after following these steps, please reply to this email and we’ll be happy to assist you further.


If you do not currently have an approved exam application on file, please reply to this email with one of the following requests:

  1. Hold funds if you plan to submit an exam application within 5 business days
  2. Request a refund for the paid Practice Exam
