You can view and download invoices and receipts directly from your SCCE & HCCA profile.


Steps

  1. From the homepage, click Log In.
  2. Once logged in, select Invoice & Receipts from your contact profile homepage.
  3. Open invoices will appear by default.
    • If you don’t see what you’re looking for, select the All Orders tab to view past invoices and receipts.
  4. If the item was created in a previous calendar year, update the date range to expand your search.
  5. To view or download:
    • Check the box next to the invoice number
    • Click the eye icon to view, or the download icon to save or print


If You Don’t See the Item

  • Confirm you’re logged in under the correct account
  • Adjust the date range and check All Orders
  • If you are renewing your certification, please note you must complete the certification renewal application and attestations before you will be presented an invoice for payment. 
  • If the invoice or receipt still doesn’t appear, reply with the order details or approximate date, and we’ll be happy to assist
